Best In The Desert / Silver State Series rules and/or regulations set forth herein are designed to establish minimum acceptable requirements and to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events. Effective January 1, 2006 these rules and regulations will govern all Best In The Desert / Silver State Series events. All Best In The Desert Racing Association members willingly participating in these events are deemed to have complied with these rules and/or regulations. No express or implied warranty of safety shall result from publication of, or compliance with these rules and/or regulations. These rules and/or regulations are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to participants, spectators, or any other person or persons.
